A Study on the funding for return to work and policy for injured workers

Abstract
Recently the importance of vocational rehabilitation and the need for "return to work" among persons with industrial injuries is raised. Yet, work policy and vocational rehabilitation services for injured workers is not consistent with this realization. Thus, the primary purpose of this study was to provide efficient bases for the injured workers who had received funding support and returned to work. Injured workers of return to work to support funding for a job back in business for extraction of 200 randomly selected by the employer, and use the research tool was a structured questionnaire, data analysis methods work by using the SPSS 14.0. The study outcome is summarized as follows: First, to encourage injured workers to return to work influence them to have more positive personal and professional life through stable quality of life. Second, the accident insurance policy in terms of rehabilitation services at less cost effective return to work and social participation can be achieved. This paper provided the significant foundations for the future research about improving policies of worker¡¯s in "return to work" related to social integration.
